Cookie & Tracking Notice
This notice explains which cookies and similar technologies Hyperse Group Ltd. ("WhichClick") uses on whichclick.is and its subdomains, why, and how you control them. It complements our Privacy Policy. Consent record version: 2.
1. How consent works
- On your first visit a banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences with equal prominence. Nothing other than strictly necessary cookies is set before you choose.
- Your choice is stored in the first-party cookie
wc_consent(and mirrored in local storage) for 365 days, together with the timestamp, the method (accept / reject / custom) and this notice's version. When the notice changes materially we ask again. - We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do-Not-Track browser signals: if present, non-essential categories are off unless you enable them.
- Your selection is passed to Google Consent Mode v2 (
ad_storage,ad_user_data,ad_personalization,analytics_storageand related flags) so that no advertising or analytics tag can store data without permission. Withdrawing consent deletes the affected first-party cookies immediately.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary (always active) — Required for the site and dashboard to work: session, security, load balancing and remembering this consent choice. Cannot be switched off.
- Preferences — Remembers choices such as language, theme and dismissed announcements.
- Analytics — Helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Data is aggregated; we do not run third-party advertising analytics on this site.
- Marketing — Used to measure our own advertising campaigns and show relevant messages. Off by default.

4. Redirect and smart-link endpoints
Our tracking domains (for example go.whichclick.is, l.whichclick.is and customer CNAMEs) set no cookies, store nothing on the device and run no scripts. A click identifier travels in the destination URL or the Play Store install referrer. These endpoints are therefore outside the scope of cookie consent; the processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Dashboard (app.whichclick.is)
Only strictly necessary cookies (wc_session, wc_consent, edge security cookies). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used in the dashboard.
6. Advertiser websites and apps
Advertisers may install our web snippet (wc.js / whichclick.js) or mobile SDK on their own properties. The snippet stores the click identifier in first-party storage for up to 7 days and reports engagement signals for fraud detection; the SDK stores a hashed device identifier and an event queue. These technologies are placed by the advertiser on the advertiser's domain or app, under the advertiser's own notice and consent management. Where consent is required (ePrivacy/PECR, app-store rules, ATT), the advertiser must obtain it before initialising the snippet or SDK; our SDKs expose a consent flag for this purpose.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. Instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
