Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects the integrity of the WhichClick platform, our advertising-platform certifications and every customer. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Violation permits immediate suspension or termination without refund and may be reported to advertising platforms and authorities.

Prohibited uses

• Cloaking, hidden redirects, destination mismatch, or any configuration that sends users to a destination other than the visible transparency parameter or the approved final URL; nesting non-certified click trackers.
• Generating, buying or facilitating invalid traffic, click fraud, install fraud, bot traffic, incentivised or misleading clicks, or attempting to evade our or any platform's fraud detection.
• Using the Services to attack, deceive or harm competitors, including submitting false invalid-traffic reports or false IP exclusions.
• Tracking without a lawful basis or required notices/consents; collecting data from children; collecting special-category, health, financial or government-ID data; fingerprinting beyond what our snippet performs.
• Advertising or linking to illegal products, malware, phishing, counterfeit goods, weapons, controlled substances, adult content involving minors, hate or violence, or content that violates platform policies.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, load testing without written consent, circumventing rate limits, sharing credentials, or reselling the Services.
• Using the Services in violation of sanctions, export control or anti-bribery laws.

Enforcement

We may monitor usage, remove or block content, links or domains, throttle traffic, and cooperate with advertising platforms, law enforcement and regulators. Report abuse to [email protected].
